Returns and Exchanges:

We provide our customers with a 60-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the purchase you can easily return it and get a refund excluding return shipping charges.

How Do I Claim?

If you have used Forever Ideal growth serums as recommended for 60 days, you are eligible for our Growth Guarantee! Simply follow the following steps to qualify for a refund:

  • Take a photo of your eyelashes/eyebrows the day of your 1st application with a time stamp.

  • Complete 30 days of consecutive application and take a picture with a timestamp.

  • Complete 60 days of consecutive application and take a picture with a timestamp.

  • Email our customer service at contact@foreverideal.com with your order number and above images.

  • Allow 3 business days for your application to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email.

Terms and conditions:

  • Refunds will be credited in your account to the original form of payment within 15 days of receiving your returns.

  • Return request must be submitted strictly within 60 days from the date of purchase. Return shipping cost of US$5 will be deducted from your refund.

  • In the case of an order with multiple units of the same product, the refund will only be issued for the first opened product and subsequent unopened product. Refunds will not be issued for the second or more opened product.

  • Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
